Nin salt flower is "salt caviar", a product of exceptional quality and specific gourmet taste. It is not used in the cooking process, rather at the end as the final touch.
It is a gift of the Adriatic Sea, sun and wind from the slopes of Velebit, which is produced in the traditional way in one of the few salt pans that date back to Roman times. It is obtained exclusively in ideal weather conditions. It appears on the surface of the sea in a form of a thin layer of salt leaves, resembling flower petals, which are harvested by hand and it does not contain additives.
